What Giftium is

Giftium is a corporate gifting platform. Your team can use it to send branded gifts to clients, employees, partners, and other recipients while keeping spending, branding, and logistics in one controlled place.

Everything starts from the dashboard. Depending on which features your organization has enabled, you can:

• Run Gift Campaigns: purchase a batch of gifts up front, then let your team send them to recipients over time.
• Order from the Ready-to-Ship Gift Shop: choose an in-stock gift, enter a recipient, and place the order in one sitting.
• Share Gift-of-Choice Portals: send recipients a link where they choose their own gift from an approved selection.
• Track everything in Orders & Shipments: see orders from every source in one list, with carrier tracking when available.
• Control spend with Prepaid Funds and Allocations: manage budgets and quantity caps for groups and individual team members.
• Keep gifting on-brand with Branding: manage logos, colors, fonts, and notecard templates that can flow to sub-organizations.

Who uses it

Each person in your organization has a role. Admins manage users, groups, branding, budgets, and settings. Standard users focus on sending gifts within the limits set for them. Some pages only appear for admins. Others only appear when your organization has the matching feature enabled. If you do not see a page mentioned in this manual, see Why can't I see a page?.

Try it in the demo

Giftium has a public demo. Enter your first name and you get a private, pre-filled sandbox organization with sample campaigns, orders, team members, and budgets. Nothing in the demo is saved or processed. It does not send emails, process payments, or ship gifts, and demo data resets daily.
