What it's for

Giftium has more than one way to send a gift, and which ones you have depends on the features your organization uses. The Send section of the sidebar gathers them in one place. Every item there opens a flow directly rather than a list of things to read.

The Send section

Anything you have already sent or set up lives under Manage instead, alongside Orders & Shipments.

When Giftium asks you to choose

Send a Campaign Gift goes straight to the send form when there is only one campaign to send from. If your organization has more than one, you are asked which one first, and each campaign appears as a card showing how many gifts remain. Pick one and you land on its send form.

The same thing happens with the Send a Gift button on the Dashboard. With no campaign to send from, it opens the gift shop. Otherwise it shows the shop and each campaign side by side, so you can choose where the gift comes from.

You will not see this step when there is nothing to decide. One destination means Giftium takes you there.

Rules and limits

  • A campaign stays available to send from until it is archived, even after its purchase window closes — gifts already purchased are still yours to send.
  • Pre-order campaigns are not listed. Their gifts cannot be sent until the boxes are ready.
  • Gifts still count against any spending or quantity limits your admin has set, whichever way you send them. See Assignments.
