Ready-to-Ship Gift Shop
Order an in-stock gift by choosing a product, entering the recipient, adding a notecard, and paying with prepaid funds or a card.

What it's for
The Ready-to-Ship Gift Shop is the fastest way to send a single gift. Unlike a campaign, where gifts are purchased in advance, the shop lets you choose from in-stock products and order right away.
Place an order
- Open Ready-to-Ship Gift Shop in the sidebar.
- Browse the catalog, or search gifts by name. Each product shows its image, price, and description.
- Select a gift.
- Enter the recipient's details, including name, company, shipping address, and email.
- Add a notecard message if you want one included.
- Review the quote. It updates in real time with shipping, tax, and any prepaid funds applied.
- Pay and submit. Prepaid funds available to you are applied first. Any remaining amount is charged to a card.
Your order appears in Orders & Shipments with the source badge Gift Shop. From there, you can follow it through Pending → Preparing → Shipped → Delivered.
How payment works
At checkout, the shop shows the prepaid funds available to you. This may include your own allocation, funds inherited from your organization, and the total remaining. Funds are applied automatically before a card is charged. See Prepaid funds for how balances work.
Rules and limits
- You can only order products that are in stock.
- Personal spending or quantity limits set by your admin apply to shop orders too.
- Orders can be cancelled only while cancellation is still available. See Orders & Shipments.
