View gift orders from campaigns, the gift shop, and portals, with statuses, tracking, CSV export, and cancellation when available.

What it's for
Orders & Shipments is where you see gift orders from every source in your organization. Each order has a source badge:
- Gift Shop: ordered directly from the Ready-to-Ship Gift Shop.
- Portal: redeemed by a recipient through a gift-of-choice portal.
- Campaign: sent from a gift campaign.
Reading an order
The list shows the recipient, product, status, and dates. Expand a row to see more details, including quantity, shipping and tax, grand total, payment reference, carrier and tracking number, planned and actual ship dates, and the notecard message.
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Received and waiting to be processed. |
| Invoiced | An invoice has been issued for the order. |
| Preparing | Being prepared for shipment. This can include payment confirmation, address assignment, and packing. |
| Shipped | On its way. The carrier and tracking number are shown when available. |
| Delivered | Confirmed delivered. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled before it shipped. |
Common tasks
- Find an order: use the search box, or filter by source.
- Track a shipment: expand the order. Shipped orders show the carrier and tracking number when available.
- Export to CSV: check the rows you want and choose Export CSV. If no rows are checked, the export includes everything in the current view.
- Cancel an order: expand the order and cancel it if cancellation is still available.
Rules and limits
- An order can only be cancelled while it is still cancellable. Once it is being prepared for shipment or has shipped, cancellation is no longer offered.
- Orders created from a campaign return their gift credit to the campaign only if your organization's process supports it. Check with your admin before relying on this.
