Inside a campaign
Opening a campaign from the Gift Campaigns list takes you to the campaign workspace. Depending on the campaign settings and your role, you may see these tabs:
- Campaign Overview: gift products, campaign stats, and settings.
- Send a Gift: submit a gift for a recipient.
- Gift Shipments: every gift submitted from the campaign and its current status.
- Passcodes: appears only when the campaign requires passcodes to send.
- Salesforce: appears for admins when the Salesforce integration is relevant to the campaign.
Send a gift
- Open the campaign and go to the Send a Gift tab.
- Choose the gift product. Campaigns often offer a few options, such as a coffee set, chocolate box, or throw blanket.
- Enter the recipient's name and shipping address.
- Add a notecard message. Campaigns come with a default message. If the campaign allows custom messages, you can write your own up to the campaign's character limit.
- Submit the gift. It is drawn from the campaign's remaining inventory and appears on the Gift Shipments tab and in Orders & Shipments.
Track what you've sent
The Gift Shipments tab lists submitted gifts and their current status. Once a gift ships, you will see the carrier and tracking number. The same orders also appear in Orders & Shipments with the source badge Campaign.
Rules and limits
- Sending stops when the campaign closes or when its remaining inventory reaches zero.
- If an admin gave you a personal allocation, such as a gift quantity or dollar cap, submissions beyond that limit are blocked until the allocation is raised.
- Notecard messages have character limits. Some campaigns do not allow custom messages, in which case the default message is applied.
