What it's for
A landing page is a public web page that belongs to a gift campaign. Recipients open it from a link or QR code to read about the gift, claim it, or take whatever action the campaign is built around.
Landing pages are created as part of a campaign, so this page lists what already exists rather than starting one from scratch. If it is empty, no campaign has a landing page yet.
Find your pages
Open Landing Pages under Manage in the sidebar. Each page appears as a card showing:
- A preview of the live page, or a placeholder while it is still a draft.
- The campaign the page belongs to.
- Published or Draft.
- The public web address, once the page has one.
- When it was last updated.
Edit and publish
- Select Edit & publish on a card, or the preview itself, to open the editor.
- Make your changes. The editor builds the page from blocks you drag into place.
- Publish when you are ready. A draft is not reachable by recipients.
A published page can be edited again. Your changes go live when you publish them.
Share the link
Published cards include two shortcuts:
- Copy puts the page's web address on your clipboard.
- The arrow icon opens the live page in a new tab, so you can see exactly what a recipient sees.
Drafts show no address, because there is nothing to share yet.
Rules and limits
- Landing pages appear only when your organization has the landing pages feature enabled.
- A page's address comes from the campaign. Cards with no address yet show No URL yet.
