Dashboard overview
Learn what appears on the Dashboard, including gifting stats, recent orders, balances, allocations, quick actions, and sidebar navigation.

The home page
After signing in, you land on Dashboard (Home in the sidebar). It greets you by name and shows key activity for your gifting program:
- Gifting stats: active campaigns, total gifts purchased, how many gifts have been assigned, and how many remain.
- Recent gift orders: the latest orders, including status and carrier tracking when available.
- Prepaid balance: your organization's available prepaid funds.
- My allocation: your personal budget or gift quantity limit, if one has been set for you.
- Quick actions: buttons such as Send a Gift and Check Gift Status take you to common tasks.
The sidebar
The sidebar on the left is the main way to move through Giftium. What appears there depends on your role and on the features your organization has enabled, so your sidebar may not match a colleague's.
- Dashboard: the home page described above.
- Branding: logos, colors, fonts, and notecard templates. This is admin-only.
- Gifting: Orders & Shipments, Gift Campaigns, Gift-of-Choice Portals, and the Ready-to-Ship Gift Shop, depending on enabled features.
- Team: Users, Groups, and Internal Allocations. Some pages are admin-only.
- Settings: an expandable section at the bottom with Profile, Organization, Security, and Integrations.
The header
Across the top of every page:
- Organization name: shows which organization you are working in.
- Theme toggle: switches between light, dark, and system themes.
- Notifications: the bell shows updates relevant to you.
- Help: opens searchable help without leaving the dashboard.
- Your avatar: opens profile, settings, and sign out.
