I don't see a page this manual mentions

Two things control what appears in your sidebar:

1. Features: pages such as Gift Campaigns, the Ready-to-Ship Gift Shop, Gift-of-Choice Portals, and Landing Pages only appear when your organization has that feature enabled.
2. Role: admin pages such as Branding, Groups, Internal Allocations, and the Integrations tab only appear for admins.

If you need a page you cannot see, ask your organization admin. If a whole feature is missing, your admin should contact Giftium about enabling it.

My magic access link stopped working

Regenerating the link under Settings → Security invalidates the old link immediately. Sign in with your email and password, then copy the current link. See Signing in.

I can't cancel an order

Orders can only be cancelled while cancellation is still available. Once an order is Preparing, meaning it is being readied for shipment, or Shipped, the cancel option is no longer offered. See Orders & Shipments.

I hit a sending limit

If a gift submission is blocked, you may have reached an allocation cap. This could be a gift quantity limit or dollar limit set by your admin. It is also possible that the campaign has closed or has no remaining gifts. Your dashboard shows your personal allocation. Your admin can adjust it from Internal Allocations.

Prepaid funds didn't cover my order

Funds available to you are applied first at checkout. If the order total is higher than the funds available, the remaining amount is charged to a card. If you expected more funds to be available, ask your admin whether additional funds can be allocated to you. See Prepaid funds.

About the demo

The public demo creates a private sandbox for you after you enter your first name. Nothing in the demo is saved or processed. It does not send emails, process payments, or ship gifts, and demo data resets daily. If the demo does not start, it may be temporarily at capacity. Try again later.
