Two ways to sign in
Email and password. Go to the sign-in page. Enter the email address on your Giftium account and your password. After signing in, you land on your dashboard home page.
Magic access link. Every account also has a personal access link. This URL signs you in without a password. You can find yours under Settings → Security after you sign in. Keep this link private. Anyone with the link can access your account.
Managing your magic access link
- Open Settings from the bottom of the sidebar and choose the Security tab.
- Your current access link is shown there. Use the copy button to copy it.
- If the link may have been shared or exposed, regenerate it. Regenerating the link immediately invalidates the old one.
Rules and limits
- Your role determines which site you sign in to. Enterprise team members use the dashboard. Vendors and internal Giftium staff use their own areas. If you land on a "wrong site" page, use the address your admin gave you.
- Demo visitors are signed in automatically after entering a first name. There is no password in the demo.
Troubleshooting
- My magic link stopped working. It was most likely regenerated, which invalidates the previous link. Sign in with your email and password and copy the new link from Settings → Security.
- I forgot my password. Use the reset option on the sign-in page, or ask your organization admin for help.
