Account and organization settings
Update your profile, edit organization contact details, manage your magic access link, and connect integrations.
Where settings live
Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. It expands into four tabs:
Profile
Your own details, including first name, last name, email, and phone number.
Organization
Your organization's contact information, including email, phone, and mailing address. Changes here affect the whole organization. Keep this information current because Giftium uses it when it needs to reach or reference your company.
Security
Your magic access link is the personal URL that signs you in without a password.
- Copy the link to store it in a password manager.
- Regenerate it if it may have been exposed. The old link stops working immediately.
Treat the link like a password. Anyone who has it can sign in as you. See Signing in.
Integrations
Admins can connect external systems here. Giftium currently offers a Salesforce integration, which lets gifting activity connect with your Salesforce org.
Rules and limits
- Profile and security settings are per-person. Organization settings require appropriate access.
- The Integrations tab is only visible to admins.
