Answers to common questions from Giftium admins and team members.

What appears in your sidebar depends on two things: the features your organization has enabled and the role assigned to your account. Pages such as Gift Campaigns, the Gift Shop, and Portals only appear when those features are turned on. Admin pages such as Branding, Groups, Internal Allocations, and the Integrations tab only appear for admins. If you need access to a page you cannot see, ask your organization admin.
