Logos, colors, fonts, and notecards
Manage brand assets from the Branding page, including logos, color palettes, fonts, and notecard templates.
What it's for
The Branding page is where admins manage the brand details used across Giftium. Campaign gifts, shop orders, and portal redemptions can all pull from the logos, colors, fonts, and notecard messages saved here.
Branding is organized into four tabs:
Logos
Upload logo files for your organization. For each logo you can:
- Set it as the default: used automatically when a logo is needed.
- Mark it as required: senders must use this logo when they send gifts.
Colors
Create color palettes using the roles Primary, Accent, Text, and Background. Each color is saved as a hex value, and one palette can be set as the organization default.
Fonts
Set the font families your brand uses. Fonts are used when branded content is created, including notecards.
Notecards
Write reusable notecard message templates. These give senders a starting point when they send a gift. Depending on the campaign settings, senders may be able to customize the message, or they may be required to use the template as written.
Inheritance
If your organization sits under a parent organization, you may see assets inherited from that parent. Inherited assets are labeled with their owner. Your ability to add your own assets depends on the permissions granted by the parent organization. See Branding permissions.
Rules and limits
- Only admins see the Branding page.
- Required logos cannot be changed by senders.
