What it's for

A notecard campaign sends branded notecards to a list of recipients. Notecard Campaigns under Manage in the sidebar is where you review the campaigns assigned to your organization.

This page is read-only. Notecard campaigns are built and edited by the Giftium team, so there is no create or edit button here. To start one, or to change one that already exists, contact Giftium.

What each campaign shows

Every campaign appears as a card with:

  • The campaign name, its logo, and its campaign code.
  • Active or Inactive. A campaign counts as active while it is switched on and its end date has not passed.
  • The description, when one has been written.
  • How many recipients are on the list.
  • The date range it runs for, or the date it was created when no dates are set.
  • A link to the campaign's public page, when the campaign has a code.

Use the search box above the cards to filter by name, code, or description. It appears once you have at least one campaign.

Rules and limits

  • Notecard Campaigns appears only when your organization has the notecard campaigns feature enabled. See I don't see a page this manual mentions.
  • Notecard campaigns are separate from gift campaigns and are tracked separately. Gift orders live under Orders & Shipments; notecards do not appear there.
  • Recipient counts reflect the list as it stands now. Ask Giftium to add or change recipients.
