Reporting dashboards and exports
Use reporting dashboards, the Report Wizard, exports, and document storage when reporting is enabled for your organization.
What it's for
Organizations with reporting enabled see reporting dashboards in the sidebar. Each dashboard focuses on a different part of the gifting program:
- Shipment Volume: shipment volume and trends over time.
- Inventory & Fulfillment: stock levels and fulfillment performance.
- Financial: spend and financial performance.
- Engagement: recipient activity and response.
- Program Effectiveness: results compared with program targets.
- Operational Health: operational status and areas that may need attention.
- SLA Compliance: performance against service-level commitments.
These pages are feature-gated. If your organization does not have reporting enabled, they will not appear in your sidebar.
Using a dashboard
Each dashboard is built from data cards. Use the date controls to change the reporting window. You can use presets such as month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date, or choose a custom date range. When you need the data outside Giftium, export the card.
Report Wizard
Report Wizard includes a gallery of standard report templates. Choose a template and generate a downloadable file. Available file formats may include PDF, Excel, or CSV, depending on the report.
Documents
Organizations with document storage enabled also see a Documents page. This is a file library for reports and other shared files.
Quick exports elsewhere
Even without the reporting feature, Orders & Shipments supports CSV export of order history.
